We provide licensed cat boarding services designed to offer a safe, comfortable, and stress-free stay for your feline companions.
Your cat can only be accepted for boarding if it is in good health and you are able to produce a certificate or vaccination card confirming your cat’s inoculations are up to date. No cat can be accepted for boarding unless it has been inoculated against feline enteritis and cat flu.Cats need 1 week after 2nd vaccination before we allow boarding.
Any current or ongoing problems with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we consider to be of an unreliable temperament, or sick at the time of boarding.
Before making any payment to proceed with a booking request, availability must first be confirmed by us and you must have received booking confirmation, most usually via email.
For bookings made – or bookings to be confirmed – less than seven days prior to arrival, payment in full will be required. Please note this payment will be non refundable on cancellation. Full payment is required by the date of arrival.

Fees are charged at a daily rate, inclusive of arrival and departure day, should the cat be collected before the booked departure date no refund will be given.
All cattery bookings require a 50% deposit, remaining balance paid on the day of arrival
Please note all cats boarded are not insured for any vet fees or cremation fees whilst in our care.
You have every right to make a cancellation to your booking at any time as long as it’s not less than 30 full days prior to your actual arrival date and a refund will be provided less admin charges. Our admin charges for any cancellations are £25.00. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date then unfortunately your deposit or any other monies is non refundable and non transferable for future bookings.
Special Note: Any bookings made in our main seasons in July, August & into September and Xmas/New Year and any deposits or full monies paid for these bookings within this period only will not be refundable or transferable and we will not provide any credit transfer for future booking dates. Booking dates include those made from the 15th July, all of August and including dates leading from August in to September. We also include the whole period of Xmas and New Year from the 23rd Dec to and including booking periods from December through to January. All other bookings through out the rest of the year will fall into our cancellation policy
We can, instead of providing you with a refund of monies you have paid to us, give you a credit for a new future booking date as stipulated below.
As long as we are made aware of your cancellation that is outside of the minimum 30 days then we offer you either a full refund of any monies paid or provide you with a credit to transfer your total amount of money paid to a future booking date or we keep the monies for you until you advise us of a new booking date. If we are made aware of your cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date then no monies will be refunded or transferable for credit and it will be classed as a forfeiture.
